The holy lake Nam – Nam-Tso གནམ་མཚོ – in Tibet, is one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever visited. It is turquoise in colour, with yaks and horses grazing peacefully by its shores. Salt lake Nam-Tso takes its striking colour from the glaciers of Himalayas and the altitude. It’s situated 4718m above the sea level.
