My Flight – Minun lintuni Postcard set
The first camera I tried photographing birds with was my father’s old 35mm Zenit, made in the USSR. It had a long and heavy lens. I tried to keep it steady while focusing on birds in the middle of their flight. My father knows all the birds in Finland, and he was able to name them no matter how fast they flew. Later on, when photography became my profession, the birds stayed one of my favourite subjects. Since those early days I’ve gotten a couple of better shots of them than during that first summer.
Postcard set includes 10 high quality archival inkjet printed postcards on Hahnemühle FineArt Bamboo paper in size 10 x 10 cm. The set includes the envelopes for each card. On the back of the card is printed the information and name of the photograph.
